identities

Hi ya'll!  I wanted to post an update of what I've been working on.  I'm planning a move to a new blog.  A new title, a fresh start, a more specific focus.  I'm slowly working on getting the new site set up to my liking before I "move in."  My plan is to discuss how I balance the various roles I fill.  I'm wife to Jesse, mama to Quinn, an employee, a sister, a daughter, a crafter, a planner.  It's a challenge to give all these identities the time they deserve, so my hope is recording and categorizing my experiences will help me achieve a better balance. 

I'm heading to Santa Barbara this week with my mom, sister, and some friends so one of my first posts may be about shirking those mama, wife, and employee duties for a little while and exploring some place new!
